When will Orientation take place this year?

Your arrival date to MIT for the fall semester will vary depending on if you’re participating in an FPOP program, are a fall athlete, or are an International Student. Please review the arrival and check-in page for details. All students must be checked-in for Orientation by 8pm on Saturday, August 28.

Orientation begins August 29 and the detailed schedule will be available starting August 1.
