Here you will find details on training, plus advice on working with first-year students in your advising group and within your dorm.

Information on how to become an associate advisor is also provided. 

Associate advisors assume a mentorship role for first-year students by making a year’s commitment to support a group of advisees, along with their advisor. They posess strong knowledge of campus resources and MIT academics.
