First-year students in the Class of 2027 must submit their Choice of Major Form to the Office of the First Year (7-103) by Tuesday, April 23, 2024.

Below are the important applications, trainings, links & forms, you need to complete as an incoming first-year student in the Class of 2028. Dates for completion will be added after May 1.

  • Advanced Standing Exam registration form
  • Medical Report
  • Orientation Registration Form
  • Emergency Contact Information form on WebSIS (mandatory)
  • Health insurance waiver
  • Complete Kognito – Emotional Wellness on College and University Campuses, AlcoholEdu and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates course online trainings
